6. Payments & Delivery

Payment Methods

• Accepted methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

Delivery

• Orders below INR 499 incur a shipping fee of INR 50.
• Delivery typically within 5–7 business days; tracking details provided.
• Orders may be shipped in multiple consignments.
• International buyers are responsible for compliance with local laws, duties, and taxes.

Order Confirmation & Contract Formation

• Orders will be acknowledged via email.
• A binding contract is formed only upon dispatch confirmation.
• If products are unavailable or pricing errors occur, customers will be notified with the option to cancel or proceed.

7. Cancellation, Refunds & Subscription Management

• Orders may be canceled within 14 working days of delivery, provided the tamper-evident seal remains intact.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
• Faulty or mis-described products: Refund will include item cost, delivery charges, and reasonable return costs.
• Subscription orders: Modifications or cancellations must be made before the cutoff date; once processed, they cannot be canceled.
