Refund / Cancellation

At Wellness Expertise (TwinTucks Pvt Ltd), we strive to ensure that your experience with our products and services is smooth, transparent, and satisfactory. This policy outlines the terms for order cancellation, refunds, and returns.

Order Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation of your order only if it has not been shipped.
  • To cancel, please contact our customer support team at info@wellnessexpertise.com with your order details.
  • Once your cancellation request is acknowledged, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
  • Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered cannot be cancelled.

Refund & Return Policy

Wellness Expertise generally does not accept returns or provide refunds except under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products – Items received damaged during transit or with manufacturing/packaging defects.
  2. Incorrect Products – Items shipped incorrectly or differing from what was ordered.

Return Process

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@wellnessexpertise.com with your order ID and clear photos of the product (showing the defect/damage/incorrect item).
  • Products must remain unused, unopened, and with the original seal, packaging, and serial number intact.
  • Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect and validate your claim.

Outcome

  • Eligible Returns: A replacement will be shipped, or a full refund will be issued (as per your preference).
  • Ineligible Returns: The product will be returned to you, and no refund will be processed.

Refund Processing

  • Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, UPI, or bank transfer) within 7 business days of approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 business days of approval.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, transport disruptions, or natural disasters).
  • In case of delays, our customer care team will proactively update you on the revised delivery schedule.

Transit Insurance

  • All orders are covered by transit insurance up to the point of delivery acceptance.
  • Please inspect the package upon receipt and report any visible damage immediately.
