Gift Cards Terms & Condition

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, receiving, or using a Wellness Expertise Gift Card (“Gift Card”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use a Gift Card.

2. Issuance & Purchase

• Gift Cards are issued and managed by TwinTucks Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”).
• Available denominations: ₹1,000, ₹2,000, ₹4,000, ₹10,000 (other values may be added at our discretion).
• Gift Cards are delivered digitally via email with a unique 16-character alphanumeric code. Physical cards are not issued.
• Activation occurs within 24 hours of purchase. Redemption attempted earlier may show as “invalid.”
• All sales are final. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable, except as required by law.

3. Redemption

• Redeemable only on the Wellness Expertise website and app.
• Enter your Gift Card code in the “Redeem Gift Card” section at checkout.
• Gift Cards cannot be used on third-party marketplaces or to purchase additional Gift Cards.
• Partial redemption is allowed; unused balance remains until expiry.
• Only one Gift Card per order may be used, but it can be combined with other payment methods.
• Balances cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law.

4. Validity & Expiration

• Unless otherwise stated, Gift Cards are valid for 365 days from the purchase date.
• Any unused balance after expiry is forfeited.
• Expiration dates cannot be extended.

5. Balance Enquiry

Check your Gift Card balance anytime by contacting care@wellnessexpertise.com with your card code.

6. Returns & Refunds on Gift Card Purchases

• Products purchased using a Gift Card are covered by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
• Approved refunds are credited back to the original Gift Card; cash refunds are not issued.
• If multiple payment methods were used, refunds are first applied to the Gift Card balance.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Compromised Cards

• Treat Gift Cards like cash. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use.
• Report suspected fraud immediately to care@wellnessexpertise.com. Replacement (if any) is at our sole discretion and only for unredeemed balances.

8. Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or review Gift Cards and related orders if fraud, unauthorized resale, or misuse is suspected.

9. Paid vs. Promotional Gift Cards

• Paid Gift Cards: Purchased by customers, governed by these Terms.
• Promotional/Complimentary Gift Cards: May carry additional restrictions, such as:
  • Shorter validity
  • Minimum spend requirements
  • Product/category exclusions
• Promotional cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

10. Combining with Discounts & Offers

• Gift Cards apply to the final payable value after discounts.
• Can be combined with coupons unless the promotion specifically prohibits it.
• During site-wide sales, the Gift Card value is deducted after other discounts.

11. Reload & Resale

• Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
• Resale or commercial distribution without written consent is prohibited and voids the card.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the unused balance on the Gift Card.
• We make no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Personal, Non-Commercial Use

• Gift Cards are intended for personal gifting and purchases only.
• Sharing with family/friends is permitted, but Gift Cards cannot be used as promotional items, prizes, or resold without written consent.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

15. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our Website. Changes will not affect Gift Cards purchased prior to the update, except as required by law.
